Meet the founder

Justin Howard, BCBA

Founder & CEO

As the Founder and CEO of Howard's Helping Hands, Justin Howard, BCBA, brings a strong clinical background, personal passion, and deep commitment to supporting children and families through Applied Behavior Analysis. A Philadelphia native, Justin has spent approximately six years working in the ABA field, providing compassionate, evidence-based support to children with autism and developmental needs across home, school, daycare, and community-based settings.

Justin's connection to this field began long before his professional career. Growing up with family members on the autism spectrum and helping care for them from a young age gave him firsthand insight into the importance of patience, understanding, advocacy, and individualized support. Those early life experiences helped shape his passion for working with children and inspired him to pursue a career dedicated to helping others build meaningful, functional skills.

Justin earned his master's degree from William Paterson University and completed his graduate certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis through Florida Institute of Technology. Throughout his career, he has developed experience in behavior assessment, treatment planning, skill acquisition programming, caregiver collaboration, staff training, and the implementation of individualized behavior intervention strategies.

Through Howard's Helping Hands, Justin's mission is to create a supportive and family-centered ABA experience where children are seen, understood, and encouraged to grow at their own pace. He believes that every child deserves compassionate care, effective teaching, and a team that is committed to helping them thrive in their own unique way.
